How do I cancel my There membership? I called the number I found on member agreement, but it didnt work. I also clicked on help and it said directory not found. Now what do I do?

  • I haven't taken a complete look at the Paypal website yet but what I am guessing you need to do is take a look at the Paypal website and try removing the automatic payment to Makena Tech./Phoenix. "There" is under the automatic payment options in your Paypal account. If you can't figure out how to do it through the website, try calling Paypal. Paypal is now responsible for all of There's membership transactions. No one is in the There office.

    You need to log into your Paypal account and make the change yourself. Do the following:

    1. Log into Paypal
    2. Go to "Profile > My Money"
    3. Look for "My preapproved payments"
    4. Click "Update"
    5. Look for and click "Makena, Inc."
    6. Under the Subscription Details, click the "Cancel" link
    7. Done
