Hey Tab, I am having this really really pesky issue. I started getting a seg viol after installing using the Universal Installer. It started happening after I changed There res one time and ever since I can only run there without your mod. I uninstall There, reinstall and it is fine untill I run the Universal Installer again.
The seg viol happens as soon as I log in and the world starts to load. I am reluctant to send it to There since mods are unsupported and I suspect they may be unsympathetic.
I am running the latest flash.

It would be nice to know for sure what was doing it. Ill keep an eye open for anything i am doing that might be the cause.
Admirable.
I'll watch for the possible addition. That kind of work deserves more than a few typed pixels.
So whats the scoop with Flash? Has Adobe finaly gotten off their rears to fix
the Flash 11 bugs yet?
I always thought There used its own version of Flash separated from your main Flash.
I thought this because there is a InstFlash6AX.exe in there's client folder.
Wouldn't that save a ton of work?

The New 'Flash' Quickbar settings window will not allow me to
drag or drop anything in it.
However, I'm still running Flash version 10x,
I have not updated my systems Flash because of the Bugs.
Is it still possible to config quickbar the old way, ( by adding the empty folders with the syntax on them) to my quickbar folder?

tablatronix on Thursday, 17 November 2011 11:30Yes it still uses folders for items, but not actions. You cannot add items to an empty config, its a known issue as stated in the release notes. So you will have to load at least one item from folders to be able to drag actions.

Hi Tablatronix! As you suggested the other night, I finally downloaded and installed the latext version of your Universal Installer and did the /flashver. The results were: WIN 10,0,32,18. Is that good or bad? Is there something else I should be doing? (I am using Chrome which automatically upgraded me Flash 11). Oh yes, I am not seeing any black bars,etc. -- the only thing I have to worry about is the compass/gps ghosting out, freezing me and necessitating my exiting program!

I am a GP now..I will be glad to test all your downloads as soon as world opens..I went to your website but noticed it said the downloads were not available?

I've just been invited in as a GP3D, but sorry to say, am not able to log on. I've been told it was a server issue.
However, once I get in and get the ok, I would be delighted to test your software. In fact, I'm most anxious to start using Quickbar again.
I use Chrome on a P4, 3.5gz, XP-- SP3. 32 bit.

I am not a GP, I cannot test nor confirm my installers or mods. Nor do I remember where I left off with them. I have all new versions that were in beta. I have a brand new site coming.
I will not release anything until i can personally test them myself and ensure they function as expected. Then I will modify anything that needs to be fixed, such as islands in the gps and landmark commands.
No changes will be made until there opens officially.
I can provide download links for the last universal installer(containing all mods) upon request. But I ask that GPs do not test with them installed for obvious reasons. I want GPs to do there job testing There client not my mods, or their unexpected interference.
I am also unsure if they can be uninstalled so a seperate client instance would need to be used to test, unless you are still familiar with manually removing addons.
If anyone is interested in helping me test my mods or my new website let me know.
