To explain that image a bit more. the left column is the original image, repeated 3 times. The right columns are the accused textures, also repeated three times. Each row is a different bit of image manipulation, highlightint differences.
The two accused textures DO look like they came from a common source, but it does not appear to be from the source provided in the complaint.
Note that even if there HAD been a match, it would have been difficult to take action since no source pid was provided, so we have no 'chain of evidence' for the reported source file.
