Thumdar.com chosen as suggested forums for There.com
Michael Wilson, owner and CEO of There.com, has announced on his 10-8-2011 blog entry that he "officially" suggests There.com members use Thumdar.com for its forum usage. Also of note in his blog, Michael Wilson stated the main forum link within the There 3D virtual world software will point to Thumdar.com giving There members direct access to its forums.
The virtual world There was first launched in 2003 and quickly became one of the most popular 3D virtual worlds online. Thousands of people around the world fell in love with the truly 3-dimensional virtual world and were deeply saddened when There closed it's doors in March 2010.
During the time There was closed, Thumdar.com became a haven for There members to gather and stay connected and used its forums to do so. Almost two years later, Michael Wilson decided to re-open There as a pay per-month, 18+ service.
Currently the virtual world of There is open on a beta-testing only basis with all indications pointing towards a grand opening shortly approaching.
