Expanded Privacy Controls and New Security Features

We’re excited to introduce several new privacy and security controls for users, aimed at enhancing your ability to manage profile visibility and interactions as we continue to prepare the site for launch. Here’s a detailed look at the new options now available:
- Member Directory Visibility: Control who can view you in the member directory and member search.
- Friend Request Settings: Decide if you’re open to receiving friend requests from other members.
- Profile Visibility: Manage who has access to view your profile details.
- Last Active Timestamp: Adjust who can see your “last active” status.
- Timeline Posting Permissions: Decide who can post on your timeline to maintain a comfortable social environment.
- Documents Tab Privacy: By default, the Documents tab in user profiles is set to private for security. Each user has the option to adjust this as needed.
