🛠️ Platform Update (9/11/2026) – We’ve rolled out another set of updates across Thumdar focused on making activity easier to organize, discover, and follow throughout the community.
Two new timeline topics are now available, Marketplace and Developer Review. Marketplace gives members a place to organize items being offered for sale, while Developer Review can be used for models and other submissions that need to be reviewed or approved.
Group owners can now create their own topics or select existing topics specifically for their group timelines, giving each group more control over how posts and conversations are organized.
Updates made to group details can now appear in the main timeline feed, making changes and updates easier for members to notice.
Groups can now also have searchable subgroups. Members must already belong to the parent group before they can be invited into one of its subgroups.
The forum directory has also been updated to show discussions based on the most recent activity instead of a fixed forum order. Active discussions will naturally move toward the top as new replies are posted.
Thumdar search has been expanded to include photos and videos shared directly to timeline feeds. Photos and videos stored in albums, along with anything marked private, will not appear in these search results.
The upcoming Downloads system has also been configured so that once it is fully launched, new download activity can automatically appear in the main timeline feed.
More improvements are on the way as we continue making Thumdar easier to use, easier to navigate, and better connected across the community.
