Winners are announced on Thumdar and also posted on Facebook.
We reach out via Thumdar message first; if needed, we’ll try other contact options you’ve shared.
We make several attempts over 14 days. If we still can’t connect, we may choose an alternate winner.

Life happens

If something prevents you from claiming your prize (travel, family emergency, etc.), let us know within the 14-day window and we’ll work with you to arrange delivery.

How winners are chosen

Drawings use a randomized selection tool from the pool of eligible entries. Each valid entry = one chance. Multiple entries increase your odds of winning.

Eligibility & completed profile

All giveaways and challenges require a completed profile.
Required fields may be set to Private and still count as complete.
For monthly giveaways, your First Entry (Kickoff) = profile complete + required timeline post.

Prize delivery

Prizes are delivered in-game or via Thumdar, depending on type. We’ll confirm when we connect.

If we can’t reach you

No response after 14 days and no notice of extenuating circumstances means we may select and announce a new winner.

Posting requirements

Entries must be posted publicly so all members can see them. Private posts don’t count.
Post to the Main Timeline or your own profile — if set to public, it will appear in the feed.
Your Kickoff (profile complete + timeline post) must be done before additional entries count.

Best practices

Use clear titles so staff can recognize entries easily.
Select the topic “Monthly Giveaway” when posting — this helps keep things organized.
Tag @the_hubby (all lowercase) to make sure your entry gets seen faster.
Check the Entries Ledger often and compare update dates before messaging staff.

Pro tips

Some photos can complete multiple tasks at once (e.g., props + group scenes).
At group events, you may tag friends. If they have a Thumdar account + kickoff complete, they also earn entries.
Encourage friends to participate — more fun and more chances for everyone.
