After the increase in backdated Daily Photo posts, a full recount was required to make sure all qualifying entries were reviewed correctly and fairly. Because of that, the giveaway ledger has now been updated again to reflect all reviewed entries, including new ones that were posted during that process.

This recount meant going back and touching every single entry from the very beginning. It took time, but accuracy and fairness mattered more than speed.

Across the entire month, there were only 15 entries that ultimately did not qualify. With 293 total qualifying entries, that is a huge success. If those 15 had been included, the month would have landed at 308 entries overall. Those few missed entries came from simple misunderstandings, timing issues, or small mishaps, nothing intentional, and completely understandable in a fast moving daily event.

Because of the time required for the recount and the New Year entry window, winner announcements will take place tomorrow. This also gives everyone a full day to review their entries and reach out if anything looks off before winners are finalized.

And honestly, this month was incredible.

There were 374 total photos posted in the giveaway area alone. The participation, excitement, and consistency made this event something special.
