We now operate under a modern set of policies that prioritize ethical content, user safety, and legal protection. We’ve instituted clear rules around digital ownership, content use, contributor verification, affiliate transparency, and fair moderation. Our Trademark (™) is protected under common law and is pending formal registration with the USPTO to ensure our brand integrity is fully enforced going forward.
