Refund Policy for Thumdar

At Thumdar, we believe in transparency, fairness, and simplicity. Our premium membership is affordably priced at just $2.99/month and designed to enhance your experience by removing ads—nothing more. Access to core site features is free for all, always. Access to contributor tools, however, is reserved for users who have completed the Verified Contributor process.
1. Refunds for Premium Membership
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for premium memberships. If you’re not satisfied during the first 14 days of your subscription, contact our support team with your order details to request a full refund.
After the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued. However, you may cancel your premium membership at any time. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your account will automatically revert to a free membership.
2. Refunds for Donations
Thumdar does accept direct donations through the website and owner profiles, but all donations are non-refundable. We are not a nonprofit organization, and donations made to Thumdar are not tax-deductible.
Additionally, verified contributors may link to donation platforms such as Ko-Fi or PayPal. Thumdar is not responsible for these third-party transactions. If you accidentally make an incorrect donation (such as an extra zero), you must resolve the issue directly with the verified contributor.
To protect yourself:
- Only donate to contributors marked as Verified Contributors
- Use trusted platforms like PayPal or Ko-Fi
- Never respond to unsolicited emails or messages claiming to be from Thumdar requesting passwords, payment info, or donations. Thumdar will never contact you this way.
3. No Paid Digital Downloads
Thumdar does not sell digital downloads of any kind. All patches, tools, and resources made available through the platform are free to access and free to download.
We do not recommend purchasing any digital goods from unsolicited sources claiming to represent Thumdar. If you are asked to pay for something found on Thumdar, or if someone is attempting to sell you access, please report it to our support team immediately.
